This hotel offers brand-new rooms with a good bed, bathroom plus toiletries. The rate is US$ 80, satisfied. The location is exceptionally nice and comfy, right next to the grocery store.

This was a quite comfortable stay for the price. The staff were helpful up until the day we left. The room was impeccably clean and offered with a comfortable bed and large easy to use TV, 

Rooms were reasonably spacious and fairly quiet, well done!

Fairly clean venue and accommodating employees. The rooms with a good bed and large easy to use TV and bathroom. Location very close to Newport and taxi. Also, near the Navy Base. Overall a good stay for the price. 

We had a double room with climate control and multi-channel TV. The bedding and beds were comfy.

Amazing base for a 2-night stay. All in all good and comfy setting so close to restaurants, beauty salons, bus terminal outside property, many stores in Newport RI and the mall.
